‘Sinusitis is swelling of the sinuses, usually caused by an infection. It’s common and usually clears up on its own within 2 to 3 weeks. But medicines can help if it’s taking a long time to go away.’


Sinusitis is painful and can affect your daily life even if short-lived it can be very unpleasant. The main concern is exacerbating the inflammation.  Be careful with any pose where your feel increased pressure or pain.


  • Come in and out of poses or leave them out completely if they are not comfortable


  • Do inverted poses
