2. Read about how to keep your body healthy during Pregnancy  when you are practicing yoga.

3. Check the list of health issues so you have a good understanding of how yoga can help and what to avoid to best support you.

4. Register online here, or download registration form pregnancy-yoga-registration and bring it completed to your first class or send it to me before term starts.

5. Please also bring a mat (Tesco do one for about £5), something warm for relaxation (blanket or jumper) and a drink if desired.
