Yoga with Paint

– explore yoga in a creative way?
– create art through connecting to the body and movement?
Take a few hours for yourself, to explore the possibilities of combining paint, yoga, self-massage and creativity.

About the day
Join us for 3 hours of embodied creative play. Explore your body, the way it moves, holds and releases through enlivening, accessible yoga poses, and play with how this can this be expressed with paint.
What you need
You are welcome to come in layers so you can reduce clothing to shorts and vest, as feels comfortable.
Yoga poses will be adapted and made accessible to your needs on the day. No prior experience necessary.
Tea and coffee provided.
Susannah Dean
Susannah Dean is a yoga teacher based in Fife. She has taught yoga since 2005 and runs a range of classes. She has 30 years teaching experience spanning primary to tertiary education. She is currently excited about exploring the link between visual and kinaesthetic creativity. Susannah has qualifications form BWY, Inner Yoga, Yogabirth & IAIM. She also has a B.A.(hons) in from Gray’s School of Art and an M/Des inVisual Communications from Edinburgh College of Art.
