Life can be busy and demanding. In class we move and breath to increase your vitality in body, mind and spirit, leaving you feeling calmer, more centred and more energetic. Yoga is a great way to stretch, release tension and feel good. You can find out more about my classes

    This General Yoga Introduction  has information about the benefits of yoga, what to bring and how you’ll feel.

    To check times, dates and to reserve your place please book online. Simply drag down to find the right term and then add details of the class you would like. 

    Then you will receive a link to online registration and all the links and detail you need for coming to class. 

    If the class isn’t right for you, for any reason, just let me know at the end of the first class and I will refund your payment minus £10 for the first class.


    Due to Coronavirus all classes will take place online, but you can do both classes each week for the same price.
