This pose is a beauty!

Restorative, relaxing and deeply stretching.

Stand in tadasana (mountain pose).

Roll down towards the floor and bend your knees.

Let your chest rest on your thighs, so bend your knees as much as you want.

Let your hands rest onto your legs in some way.

First of all just rest and enjoy.

Next rest your head down, keep down through your heels and lift up through your sit bones. This is where the magic happens.

You will get the best stretch for your sciatic nerve and your hips lift and heels stay grounded.

Breath here for a few breaths.
