Come to do yoga outside to celebrate lockdown easing.
With a choice of grass or deck there is lots of space to be socially distanced and see each other again safely! We will move, breathe, relax and meditate.
A blend of:
- Yoga, adapted to your needs
- Personal feedback and adjustment (if desired)
- Breathing practice
- Optional lunch
What to bring
Please bring your own mat, water and wear layers. You might want a jumper / blanket for yoga and if you have a block please bring it.
You are all welcome to come for lunch afterwards. I will provide lentil soup, bread and hot drinks. Im aware sharing food can be challenging if you have a specific diet so please bring what you would like to eat. This way those who want to share can, and those who prefer not to can relax and enjoy their packed lunch.
What if the weather is awful?
If the weather is bad we will go indoors and sensitively work round each other. Please let me if you would need to cancel were this the case.
