home practice challenge 101-200

I started this challenge planning to do yoga for you every day until school went back. As I moved into the hundreds I realised something different was required: more challenge and more freedom. 

The second 100 days have a more strutured aspect to support you in making yoga your own. As it progressed I settled into 4 different formats per week:

  • a taught video just like the first 100
  • a philosophy video talking about important aspects of yoga
  • a visual and meditative guide with natural elements blended over the yoga practice so you have inspiration from both nature and the moving body
  • a deep dive into a pose to unpick it a bit more

The Yoga Home Practice Journal has details of the deep dive pose, quotes, and space to reflect to fuel and support your growth. You can also buy the t-shirt! I hope this challenge allows you to integrate yoga into your daily life as a healing and enlivening support.
